"I have nothing but positive feedback for Chris and his coaching/programming. My programming I am following is for Olympic lifting strength focus. The effectiveness and the simplicity of the programming was perfect. The attention to detail with balancing strength along with technique work is top notch. I tried multiple programmes and coaches and nothing got me results and feedback like working with him. I personally reached back out to Chris once I found that the company he was coaching for separated and no longer exists. With no hesitation Chris offered to write me programming focused around my weaknesses. Great Dude. To anyone looking to learn, master, or perfect their technique I would only recommend Chris as an online coach. If you can make it to him in person I can only imagine that would be even better. "I have been doing CrossFit since 2013 and in 2017, when I wanted to focus more on weightlifting and improving my technique, Chris was the natural person for me to go to for help. Initially, whilst he was still living in the East Midlands, Chris programmed my lifting sessions, as well as doing in-person coaching and when he moved out of the area, we changed to online coaching. Being a competitive person, naturally the next step was to explore that side of things and whilst working together, I won 3 British Masters Championships, a European Championships and set a British and European record in the snatch in the W35 55kg category. Having decided to dust off my singlet, after a few years away from the sport, I will be working with Chris again, to see if we can win a few more medals in 2026."
