Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once the product has been delivered. However, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase under the following conditions:

  • You have not downloaded or accessed the programme (where technically verifiable)
  • You provide a valid reason for the refund request
  • This is your first refund request

Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be provided if:

  • More than 14 days have passed since purchase
  • The product has been downloaded and used
  • You have previously received a refund on another purchase
  • The purchase was made with a discount code or during a promotional period

Processing Time

Refund requests are processed within 5-7 business days. If approved, funds will be returned to the original payment method within 5-10 business days depending on your bank.
